Summer Solstice in the Land of the Midnight Sun

Alaska is the Land of the Midnight Sun - and Fairbanks is right in the middle of the action. June 21st is the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year - and there's lots going on in Fairbanks! The Midnight Sun Festival downtown features food, music, and fun for the whole family. A vintage car show, 40+ bands and live entertainers, a petting zoo, military display, and lots of food! you can also see the 102nd Midnight Sun baseball game - this all day event at Goldpanner Field is fun for the whole family!
